Assistant Brand Manager

I. Responsibilities:

Project Management (B2B & B2C)

- Supervise Project Collaborator from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation

- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

- Follow up with B2B clients to maintain relationships, gather feedback, and deliver information and deadlines to other departments.

- Manage B2C marketing strategies, including customer engagement, promotional campaigns, and e-commerce optimization.

- Work closely with R&D, Creatives, and Production teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies, product innovation, and production timelines, optimizing the overall marketing and sales funnel.

Brand Management

- Support Brand Manager/Marketing Manager to build brand promotion strategy, brand strategy, ensuring consistency and distinctiveness across all communication channels.

- Suggest improvements in the brand’s content and communication strategies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing content and community-driven activities to engage potential customers.

Marketing Campaign Execution & Sales Strategy Development

- Assist the Brand/Marketing Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

- Track sales targets and ensure alignment with the overall brand objectives.

- Work closely with in-house team & media team to develop and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns, including advertising, social media, influencer marketing, and email marketing.

- Define and manage the allocated budget, analyze the return on investment.

Research & Performance Measurement

- Analyze customer insights and market research to develop effective marketing strategies.

- Track and measure campaign performance, providing detailed reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on market trends and evolving consumer behaviors to adjust strategies accordingly.

II. Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Marketing and Branding, preferably in the gaming, collectibles, or lifestyle industries.

- At least 2–3 years of experience in assistant brand management and customer journey design.

- Strong knowledge of marketing/branding strategy, brand storytelling.

- Experience in launching campaigns with diversified activities across touchpoints.

- Proficiency in the ability to leverage insights for marketing optimization.

- Proven experience in collaborating with design, content, product development, and production teams to execute successful campaigns.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.

- Strong ability to communicate and partnership capabilities.

- Strong task management skills, capable of managing urgent tasks while maintaining daily workflow efficiency.

- Proficient in English.
