SEO/SEM Specialist

I. Responsibilities:

SEO (70%)

- Analyze and monitor keyword rankings to adjust SEO strategy accordingly.

- Develop and optimize keyword sets, combining traditional SEO practices with emerging trends such as visibility on AI/Chatbot platforms

- Establish a high-quality backlink profile by leveraging trusted blogs, forums, and other relevant sources

- Collaborate with Content Writer to plan, write, and edit website content following SEO practices.

- Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages to improve organic discoverability for each product line.

- Monitor and update insights from AI-powered Search Engines to propose content directions aligned with emerging search behaviors.

SEM (30%)

- Plan and manage SEM budgets efficiently. Set KPIs, measure, analyze, and report campaign performance

- Execute Google Search and eCommerce ad campaigns aligned with new product launches.

- Understand customer search behavior to craft effective ad messaging (e.g., headlines, CTAs) tailored to different target audiences.

- Monitor and report on campaign performance periodically, optimize budget by the campaign launching phase, and propose improvement plans

- Optimize pre-launch, launch, and post-launch campaigns for each product, with the potential to incorporate remarketing strategies to retain returning customer segments

II. Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Have 2–3 years of experience in SEO/SEM roles, preferably in gaming, collectibles, lifestyle, or eCommerce sectors.

- Solid knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO); familiarity with AI/Chatbot search trends is a plus.

- Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

- Strong ability to analyze data and optimize ad performance based on campaign results

- Preference for candidates with strong English writing

- Proactive mindset with a strong ability to self-learn and continuously update knowledge.

- A passion for, or interest in, the mechanical keyboard and artisan keycap community is a strong plus
