We are looking for UI/UX Designer to build up the software into easy-to-use products for our employees and our clients also. The responsibilities are including but not limit to:

Responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a marketplace and an ERP system (automation flow orientation) - all are in web pages.

Create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.

Collaborating with the team (PO, BA, TA, Developer, Tester, artist design, ...) to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the user.

Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
II. Requirements:

Relevant education or training
-
At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Portfolio of design projects (web), Marketplace and ERP could be a plus.

Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. InVision, Figma, Sketch, Wireframe.cc...)

Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, ...

Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in UI/UX technology.
