I. Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
- Assist in identifying and cultivating potential clients or customers.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and assist in approaching them effectively.
Project Timeline Management
- Take responsibility for managing project timelines related to business development initiatives
- Ensure that projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and resources are allocated effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
- Support the Business Development Manager in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Assist in understanding client needs and facilitating the development of tailored solutions.
Business Proposals and Presentations
- Assist in the preparation of business proposals and presentations.
Sales and Revenue Generation
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Participate in contract negotiations and agreements with clients.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities.
- Assist in providing regular reports on progress and results to the management team.
II. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development Executive or related roles
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools is a plus.
