Business Development Executive

I. Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

  • Assist in identifying and cultivating potential clients or customers.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and assist in approaching them effectively.

Project Timeline Management

  • Take responsibility for managing project timelines related to business development initiatives
  • Ensure that projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and resources are allocated effectively.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Support the Business Development Manager in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Assist in understanding client needs and facilitating the development of tailored solutions.

Business Proposals and Presentations

  • Assist in the preparation of business proposals and presentations.

Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Participate in contract negotiations and agreements with clients.

Reporting and Metrics:

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities.
  • Assist in providing regular reports on progress and results to the management team.

II. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development Executive or related roles
  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools is a plus.
