The Project Coordinator will support the Brand Manager in planning, execution, and tracking of project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless project outcomes. This position is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, with a strong focus on organization, communication, and cross-functional coordination. As the pioneer in the artisan keycap industry with the success of Arkey and Dwarf Factory brands, we are seeking candidates who experience collaborating with foreign clients and familiarity with art merchandise, keyboard products, or related industries.


I. Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of project schedules and timelines.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient project workflow.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, preparing and distributing minutes and action items as needed.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related questions and issues.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, status, and any potential delays or issues.
  • Facilitate effective communication within project teams to ensure alignment and understanding of goals and timelines.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Update project tracking systems and ensure project files are up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.

Risk & Issue Management:

  • Monitor project activities to identify potential risks and escalate issues to the line manager and relevant stakeholders as necessary.
  • Support in developing risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks.

Continuous Improvement:

  •  Identify opportunities for process improvements within project management practices.
  •  Support the development and implementation of new project management tools and templates.

II. Requirequents:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Have 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Preferred experience in art merchandise, keyboard products, or related industries, particularly with foreign clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Vietnamese
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
